We are Korlates: pronounced [core — lah — teez] and we’re not your regular fitness studio… we’re a cool one.
We’re re-defining fitness by creating an hub for strength, fitness and wellness in the one place.
"Kor" represents that inner foundation — the centre of who you are.
"Lates" comes from Pilates, grounding us in movement, control, and balance.
This is our method. The hybrid method.
By bringing together strength training and pilates to help you feel stronger, move better, and grow into your best self — becoming 1% better every day physically and mentally.
We are a place for all — genders, religion, ages, sizes. It is built for a community to give back to the community. We are a place of purpose.
-
Getting started is simple. Click here to become a member today, or reach out to us via our contact form here and a member will be in touch with you.
Our goal is to make strength and pilates accessible for all. With memberships starting from as little as $6 per class, we provide best value for money while our 24/7 access is designed to work around your life schedule.
-
To the busy professionals, parents, students, and shift workers — we see you.
We don't believe you should be limited to a timetable or someone else's schedule.
So we created a one-of-a-kind hybrid fitness studio that operates 24/7 — designed to work around your life, not the other way around.
Our hybrid method combines Australia's first infrared light therapy Reformer Pilates with strength training in one space, so you never have to choose between the gym and Pilates again.
We also donate a portion of every purchase and membership to our KP Project, giving back to those who need it most. There's no extra cost to you — just an opportunity to be a part of something bigger.
-
Absolutely! Pilates was created by a man after all.
We do have dedicated sessions for mixed classes in order to remain respectful of some cultures and religions.
Pilates is great for a lot of male athletes or those with pre-existing injuries — so if you’re a male, don’t be scared to join!
-
Our studio is designed for true flexibility.
You'll get access via our app, allowing you to enter and train any time — day or night.
While the space is not staffed 24/7, we do have instructors available during scheduled group classes to support and guide you.
To ensure you feel confident and comfortable in the space, a mandatory orientation session when you join. This will be completed in person with one of our friendly team members.
-
Infrared light therapy uses gentle, invisible light waves that penetrate the body to support circulation, recovery, and overall wellbeing.
We are Australia's first to integrate this technology in a reformer Pilates Studio, helping to enhance muscle recovery, reduce stiffness, and leave you feeling more energised after each session — designed to help you feel as good as you move.
-
Absolutely!
If you’re aged from 12-17 our hybrid system can provide beneficial, age friendly workouts to help you grow stronger and keep active in a fun way as you grow.
U18’s can sign up to any of our membership tiers, however, minors must only attend with a parent/guardian.
We also encourage minors to attend with their parent/guardian during staff hours in case extra support is needed.
A parent/guardian consent waiver must be filled and signed.

In many cases, yes — but it depends on your injury.
We always recommend seeking advice from healthcare professionals before participating in any form of exercise.
That said, Pilates is a great way to support recovery. Whether you choose on-demand or group classes, you can move at your own pace to train without pain.
-
You'll have access to over 1000+ workouts via our on-demand system that you can follow in-studio at any time.
This means you're never restricted to class times — you can train whenever it suits you, while still having structure and guidance.
-
Absolutely!
It' similar to training in a gym without a personal trainer. Our on-demand system is designed to guide you through each movement with clear instruction, so you can perform exercises safely and with confidence. It's like having a teacher with you — just not in physical form.
We also run every member through a mandatory orientation session to show you how to use our machines and facilities safely.
When staff are on-site, they will also be available on the floor to assist, answer questions, and help guide your form if needed.
-
Just yourself, your favourite pair of grip socks (required), drink bottle, and good vibes!
If you are doing on-demand classes we recommend bringing your own headphones for hygiene purposes. If you forget them, you can still follow along using the in-studio-screens at a respectful volume, especially when others are training, or we have headphones available at reception for hire.
Headphones are also available for hire if needed, and items like grip Pilates towels and socks are available for purchase in-studio.
-
Yes!
We offer a range of branded essentials, including grip socks, grip towels, stainless steel water bottles, tote bags, hats & more to come!
A portion of every purchase is contributed to our community give-back initiative — the KP Project.
-
KP stands for KOR Purpose Project.
While we are not a registered charity, the KP Project is our way of giving back — and ongoing act of good will and purpose-driven impact within our community and beyond.
We're living in a time where many people experience stress, uncertainty, and hardship. Korlates was built on the purpose that we want to change lives — not only physically and mentally, but in a way that extends beyond our studio walls.
Every time you purchase a pair of socks, a towel, sign up for a membership, or attend a class, a portion is set aside and contributed towards our community give-back initiatives.
This may look like creating care packages for families in developing countries such as the Philippines, or putting together food and gift packs for families during the Holiday seasons, when support is needed most.
The KP Project is our way of ensuring that every step you take with us helps support someone else — it's more than a workout, it's a purpose.
-
Depending on your membership type, typically we allow 2 weeks in advance.
